NY Style Pizzeria Team Members:
We are looking for high-energy Team Members that want to work at a family-owned pizzeria that prides itself in offering the best pies in Medina County. We cross-train our Team, so everybody can help anybody. This high-paced environment takes the monotony out of doing the same job every day!
GA (Guest Ambassador) Responsibilities:
We are looking for high-energy Team Members that want to work at a family-owned pizzeria that prides itself in offering the best pies in Medina County. We cross-train our Team, so everybody can help anybody. This high-paced environment takes the monotony out of doing the same job every day!
GA (Guest Ambassador) Responsibilities:
- Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Open/Close station.
- Managing guest orders and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Greeting Guests as they enter the restaurant “Welcome to Courthouse” and conveying “Thank You” as they leave.
- Answer phones within 3-rings – “Thank You for choosing Courthouse, how may I help you?” Smile when you answer the phone, it comes through to our Guests.
- Explain our menu to Guests and input orders into point-of-sale system.
- Pre-Bus and Clear tables.
- Ensure Soda & Counter are clean, stocked with plates, napkins, straws, utensils, lids, cups
- Offer Guests Add-On sales (Combos, Drinks, Bread Sticks, Etc.)
Pizzaioli Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for menu items to help increase kitchen efficiency.
- Stretch and top pies to restaurant and customer specifications.
- Craft salads and sub sandwiches to restaurant and customer specifications.
- Ensure orders are made in a timely manner to which all items in order are finished and served at the same time.
- Communicate with management and fellow employees regarding ingredients, orders, and any "happy accidents" that occur in the kitchen.
- Ensure stations are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized during end-of-day closing procedures.
