About the Job
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Flexible work schedule 7am - 11am or 9pm - 12am
- Complete daily prep-list and assigned duties.
- Identify needed adjustments to daily par levels and communicate to Supervisor.
- Ensure food safety and personal hygiene at all times.
- Prepare line and beverage station for AM shift, which includes stocking all items needed for shift.
- Ensure that personal safety is kept top-of-mind at all times, while working with sharp objects, ovens and surroundings.
- Ensure that all food products are maintained in proper temperatures and that products are within acceptable date ranges.
- Confirm all deliveries are received by checking invoice for receipt, freshness and correct items received.
- Date & rotate new deliveries per First-In /First-out standards.
- Assist other Team Members as requested.
- Protect all brand recipe and procedure secrets.
- Train new Team Members as requested.
- Perform routine kitchen tasks.
